     The Proprietor of Shri Sai Education Consultants, SCO No.144-145, 3rd Floor, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh-160022.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat.   However, learned counsel for the OP has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remains due against the OP. Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement given by the learned counsel for the OP and agrees with the same. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP and the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
