Complainant files an MA being No.48/2019 praying for amendment of complaint petition stating that some new facts which subsequently happened after filing of this the company replace washing machines with a defective machine in question which also was not in a working condition and found defective in subsequently. Ld. Lawyer for the O.P. raised objection to the said amendment petition. However, after hearing both sides this Forum finds for effective consideration of this case and better appraisal of facts is required to be mentioned in the complaint petition for disposal of this case.
The facts should have been incorporated by the complainant by amending the complaint petition.

that the Misc. Application being No. MA/48/2019 is disposed of and the same is allowed on contest against the O.Ps without any cost.
