The Execution Application has been filed by the D.hr. for realization of Rs. 45000/-as passed in consumer Case No. 90/2013 on 11.04.2014. We find that the D.hr. has received his awarded amount with full satisfaction and for that we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application with full satisfaction.

that the Execution Application No. EA/21/2014 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.
