Today is fixed for exparte hearing.

Complainant is absent without any step.

It is now 11-45 a.m.  On repeated calls neither Complainant nor anybody for the Complainant is found present.

Perused the materials on record.  It appears from record that the Complainant was found absent without taking any steps on the previous dates of hearing.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that the Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, we have no alternative but to dismiss this complaint for default. Hence, it is

That the Consumer Complaint Case No.126 of 2015 be and same is hereby dismissed for default; but without cost.
