Brief facts of the case :-

             Case in hand is the allegation of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice by the O.Ps in account of LED TV model 43VD2A0043YIS PRO SKU:601100031 which the Complainant sought redressal.

          The disputes between the parties having been settled between them after filing of C.C Case before this Commission by the Complainant which evidenced by the memo dtd: 23.08.2024 filed by the Complainant.

           The Commission having subsequently been satisfied by examining the Complainant, as to his voluntary act to be withdraw vis-à-vis the truth of the averments of the said memo dtd:23.08.2024.

         In the result this Commission in the interest of justice allows the Complainant to withdraw his case and in the circumstances of the case without any cost.

          The Complaint stands accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file case further if any such deficiency arise in the T.V in dispute.

                     A copy of the order supplied to the parties at free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The   parties to the case can also download same from  http://www.confonet.nic.in   & such copies are to be treated copies received from this Commission.

          The judgment be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

          File be consigned to the record room along with a copy of this Judgment duly signed in each page.
