ORDER

By Sri. P.C. PAULACHEN  – PRESIDENT.

            The complaint is filed alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties and seeking replacement of the Apple Earpods Headphone, along with compensation. 

2. The first and second opposite parties were set ex-parte. The third opposite party filed written version denying all the allegations and claims made against them.  
3. Today the case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance. But the complainant remained absent and there is no representation for her. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. But the complainant failed to let in any evidence to prove the case so as to get an order as prayed for. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that she is not interested in pursuing the matter. No deficiency of service as alleged is proved against the opposite party.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
