Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to take back the product and to refund a sum of Rs.13,500/- with interest and also to pay Rs.2,000/- as compensation and Rs.1000/- as cost of the complaint.    

The complainant appeared in person and made endorsement and filed Memo stating that the complaint may be withdrawn.  In view of that this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.   No cost.
