            This is an execution application filed under section 27 of Consumer Protection Act to pass an order of arrest of the judgment debtor/respondent for non-compliance of the order passed by this Forum and also to grant any other order as this Forum may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

            Today the petition was called. Petitioner called absent, counsel present. Respondent/judgment debtor present.  Counsel for the petitioner/decree holder filed memo stating that entire E.A amount of Rs.7000/- has been received today from the judgment debtor/respondent/opposite party in full satisfaction of the amount due from the opposite party as per the order of this Forum and prayed the E.A. may be closed as settled.

            In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this E.A. is terminated.
