          This is a complaint filed u/s 12  of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the Opposite Parties  to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony sustained by the complainant; directing the opposite parties to replace the A/C machine and for costs. 

          2. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant and second Opposite party and Counsel for complainant present.  Others absent.  Compromise memo filed by the complainant and opposite parties and signed by the complainant and second opposite party and Counsel for complainant stating that the parties to the above proceedings have mutually agreed and settled the matter amicably with full satisfaction after receiving a sum of Rs.30,800/- by the complainant from opposite parties and prays to pass suitable orders in the interest of justice.  In view of the compromise memo, this complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.
