Parties and their Ld. Advocates are present before the National Lok Adalat, presided over by Sri. Asish Deb, President, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur, Sri Saurav Chandra, Member DCDRC, and Smt. Smt. Puja Das, Member of Consumer Assistance Bureau, Purba Medinipur.

After hearing both parties it is settled that the OPs will replace the previous BS IV motor cycle by a BS VI Model Motor Cycle (Hero Splendor Plus) having same make and colour as far as practicable at on road status giving Insurance Certificate, Tax Token and Registration Certificate after obtaining those at the OPs’ cost within 45 days. There would be no other claim against each other.

 After compliance of the above replacement by the OP, the complainant will hand over the aforesaid BS IV motor cycle to the OP immediately at OP’s office address.  

Thus the case stands disposed of.
