The complainant is present.  One Sri Kabi Samal, Manager has appeared on behalf of OP No.2.  Both the parties have file a joint compromise memo stating that, they have resolved their issues outside the court as clearly mention in their compromise memo.  Thus the complainant being satisfied with the proposal of OP.2 A/R submitted that, he does not want to proceed with this case against the Ops.

                        In view of above memo, we close this case against the Ops.  Issue free copy to the parties concerned.
