This case record is taken up today on the strength of a memo filed by the A/R for the complainant. The complainant submitted that the dispute in this case has been settled amicably between the partied out of court since the Op has repaired the Chimney to the full satisfaction of the complainant. Hence the complainant prayed to drop this case against the Ops.

                In view of the above facts we dismiss the case against the Ops since amicably settled between the Parties. Issue free copy to the parties concerned.
