            This is a complaint filed u/s.12 and 13 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for :

1. Directing the opposite party to refund the sum of Rs.762/- collected by the opposite party for delivery bags which was never delivered.
2. Directing the opposite party to pay compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- for the mental agony, sufferings and trauma suffered by the complainant because of opposite party's unfair trade practice.
3. Directing the opposite party to pay a cost of Rs.5000/- towards the proceedings.

Today the complaint was called. The complainant called absent, no representation made.  Opposite party present.  No interest shown by the complainant to appear and to proceed the matter for long time. Hence this complaint is hereby dismissed for default. No cost.
