Both parties are present for conciliation. In view of the conciliation complainant satisfied with the O.Ps. Accordingly both parties filed petition to drop the proceeding in view of amicable settlement between them.

Heard the petition is allowed. As complainant is satisfied with O.Ps & does not want to proceed with the case, at the stage of conciliation in National Lok Adalat, this Commission has no hesitation to allow the petition filed by both the parties.

The case is drooped/disposed accordingly.
