Case is posted today for hearing.

Complainant has filed no steps and absent on call consecutively for 7(seven) dates and Op is present through his Advocate and vehemently objected the non taking of any steps by the Complainant and prays before the Hon'ble Forum to pass necessary order against him.

Today also neither the Complainant nor his advocate took any steps and did not turn up on repeated call also. So we are of the consensus view to dismiss the case for default of the Complainant for consecutive times by the Complainant.

Hence, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant and accordingly it is dismissed.

Accordingly the case is disposed off.
