            The advocate for the O.P. is present and filed hazira. None appeared for the complainant on repeated call and no steps filed today. We heard an on perusal of the case it appeared that, the complainant is not filed any steps to date and not attending the Commission in more occasions. The complainant probably does not want to proceed further in the case.  

Hence the case is dismissed for non prosecution.

This case is disposed of accordingly.
