From the materials on record it appears that since long the complainant did not file the reply. So, considering the conduct of the complainant it is seen that the complainant not interested to proceed with the case. Such conduct of the complainant cannot be indulged by any court of law.

                                    that the instant Case No. 23/2019 be and the same is dismissed for default.
