ORDER

Order date-01/08/2008. The complaint is allowed. As the opposite party has indulged an mal practices in trade in collecting extra amount than the mentioned MRP the opposite paty is hereby directed to pay the compensation of Rs.500/- to the complainant as he is put to financial loss and mental agony and further the opposite party is directed to pay Rs.500/- towards the cost of this proceedings to the complainant. It is further ordered to return the boot to the complainant that he has produced before the Forum.
