             This complaint is coming before us for hearing on 07.08.2014 in the presence of Thiru.D. Yesudason, counsel for complainants  and Thiru.A. Joseph Ranjeev Dhas, Counsel for  opposite parties and on the basis of endorsement  made by the complainant’s counsel , this Forum passes the following order
