                                                 F I N A L  O R D E R/ JUDGEMENT

 The complainant is absent without steps. The O.P. is present and has filed W/V. Copy couldn’t be served as the complainant was not found. Let the W/V alongwith the copy be kept with the record.

It appears from the order sheet that on 14/12/2017 the complainant remained absent and he was not found on repeated calls. However for the ends of justice the case was adjourned and posted to 04/01/2018. On that day  also the complainant remained absent without steps and was not found on calls. As such the complainant was directed to showcause as to why the case will not be dismissed for default. Inspite of that the complainant is again absent today. He also didn’t file any showcause petition. As such it appears to us that the complaiannt is not interested to proceed further with this acse. Accordingly the case is liable to be dismissed.

            Hence, it is

                                                            O R D E R E D:-

               that the Consumer Case No. 59 of 2017 be and the same is dismissed for default.

           Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the O.P. The case is thus disposed off.
