Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission. The Complainant is present through Ld. Advocate. The record is taken up for hearing on the point of admission. Heard the Complainant. Perused the complaint u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019. The Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that he would not press the complaint u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 and an endorsement has been made in the margin of the complaint with remarks “Not pressed”. Complainant also prays for a liberty to file the case afresh.
