The record is selected today for decided in the Lok Adalat by the way of better settlement between the parties. On call contesting parties are present & filed hazira. The complainant has filed a “Not Press Memo” stating that, the reason that he has settled the disputes with the O.Ps, hence he does not want to proceed the case further and pray to drop the case. 

        Considering the “Not Press Memo” filed by the complainant. It reveals that, the matter is amicably settled between the parties. Hence, the case is dropped as disposed off with no liberty to file the same again.
