The case record is put-up to day before the National Lok-Adalat. Notices were issued to both Parties.

Complainant present and his Advocate also present as per the Notice issued from this Court. Opposite Parties not appeared although Notice received by them. Complainant field a memo stating therein that, the matter is already settled between the Parties, therefore the Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case.

Perused the memo and the matter is heard.

Hence case is disposed off to-day in the Lok-adalat.
