          Complainant had made a statement that the matter has been compromised/Settled with the respondent, since her grievances have been redressed by the respondent, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being the matter compromised/Settled.

Keeping in view the statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdraw as the matter has been compromised/settled in between the parties.
