This complaint is coming for hearing before us on 17^th day of October, 2019 in the presence of Thiru.S. Senthil Kumar, Counsel for the Complainant, Thiru.S.Kumar, Counsel for the 1^st Opposite Party, Thiru. T.A.P. Senthil Kumar, Counsel for the 2^nd Opposite Party, Thiru.O.Venkatachalapathy, Counsel for the 3^rd Opposite Party, after hearing both sides this Forum passed the following:

 

ORDER

          The complainant is not present from 11.7.2019. No representation for complainant. The counsel for opposite party is present. Reasonable time given for filing of proof affidavit on the side of complainant. But, proof affidavit is not filed even today. Hence, this petition is dismissed for default, and also the non appearance of the complainant.
