                        The complainant has files a memo and submitted stating that after receipt on notice from the Hon’ble Forum the O.Ps has settled the case out of the forum complainant also satisfied fully with cooperation of the Ops. Hence he is not interested to proceed further in this case and prayed to close the matter in the interested of justice.

                        We Perused the memo and also heard the complainant. In view of submission of the complainant, the case is hereby closed.
