Complainant is absent dispute our direction passed on dtd.22.11.2016. The clarification sought for has not been clarified. However Advocate for the OPs on dtd.07.11.2016 has filed Xerox copies of the documents pertaining to replacement of the defect A/C in place of the purchased one with the satisfaction of the complainant who signed the document on 30.06.2016. Another Xerox Copy reveal that the complainant B.N. Acharya has written a document addressing Godrej Co.(OP) Bhubaneswar declaring having no further claim against the company for which the present CC Case was filed. Non- attendance of the complainant to-day clearly revealed that the dispute exist between the parties had been resolved the complainant is not serious in this complaint. In this circumstances, relying on the documents placed on behalf of the OPs as to no further dispute exist between the parties the complaint petition of the complainant is dismissed. Accordingly the CC Case is disposed of.
