                  This Execution Application is filed by the complainant u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. 

The petitioner has produced his Adhar card issued by the Govt. of India in proof of his identity.  The identity card issued by the Election Commission of India is also produced and verified by this Forum.  Mr.S.P. Kannadasan the junior Advocate of the petitioner’s counsel has also identified the petitioner. Hence the Cheque no.051613, Dt.28.06.2014 drawn on State Bank of India, Tiruchirappally, payable by the SBI, Nagapattinam, in favour of the petitioner for the sum of Rs.32000/-(Rupees thirty two thousand only) is given to the petitioner who has endorsed the receipt of it. 

                        In view of the said endorsement the execution proceedings are terminated.
