ORDER

The complainant Srimati Bina Saharia is present and the proprietor of M/S Jeuti Pratisthan (Nalbari) (the opp. party) Sri Mantu Kalita is present. On conciliation, both side have compromised on the dispute and the Opp. party has agreed to pay Rs. 500/- as compensation along with the price of the damaged book i.e. Rs. 525/- and the complainant shall return the damaged book to the Opp. party. Accordingly the Opp. party deposited Rs. 1025/- (One thousand twenty five) in the forum today in consonance of the compromise. Accordingly the proceeding is dispose of on compromise. Release the entire amount in forum of the complainant.
