3. Parties are present. Op has submitted power. Asesh ch. Bhattacharya and Hiralal Das are appearing for the Op. We have heard the Ld. Advocates for both sides. It appears that the dispute has already been settled outside the Forum. The payment receipt is accepted . The case if, finally disposed of neither parties will be prejudiced.

 that the case 93 of 15 be and the same stands disposed of on compromise.
