The Opp. Party being the employer of the Complainant has signed the EPF from duly filled in by the complainant which is the crux of this case. The Complainant being present filed a petition stating that, the Op has signed the EPF claim forms to be sent to the EPF authorities and prayed to make over the original signed claim forms to her for onward transmission and prayed to drop this case against the Op.

                Heard. In view of above facts, office is to handover the original signed EPF claim forms to the complainant by returning Xerox copies. In the above circumstance, we drop this case against the Op as not pressed. Pronounced in the Open For a on this the 14^th day of Sept. 2015.
