This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the second opposite party to issue NOC in favour of the complainant for no due towards purchase of air conditioner;  to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.1.00 lakh towards compensation for deficiency in service and mental agony and for costs of this complaint. 

          2. Notice to the opposite parties were duly served.  The opposite parties remained absent and set ex parte.  The complainant was examined as CW1 and Exs. C1 to C6 are marked.  The complainant was partly heard and posted the matter for clarification. 

          3. Today this complaint was called.  The complainant absent from 9.2.2017.  No representation made.  No interest shown by the complainant to proceed the matter and not appeared for giving clarification.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
