On call no ine turned up. It appears from the record that there was direction to file W.S to the opposite party on 26.10.2016 otherwise he shall be debared but baring the fact as above it is releveant to mention that complainant himself after filing this case and its admission on 24.05.2012 has not taken interest even in this case either in compling the previous order dated 24.07.2012 nor be after appeared a thereafter. Record shows that both the parties have been absent since long as indicated above which shows that complainant has left the interest in this case as even after 10 years of filing. Complainant has never been active in pursuading this case. therefore, this complaint case stands dismissed.
