ORDER

CC No.433 of 2017.

Vishal Kumar vs. M/s Duggal Mobiles.

Present:      None for complainant.

                   Sh.Ajay Sood, Adv. for respondents No.1 & 2.

This complaint has been called several times since morning but the complainant has failed to appear before this Forum up to 3:45PM. Further wait is unjustified. Moreover, the complainant has not been able to disclose the correct address of respondent No.3 despite availing six effective opportunities.  Non appearance of complainant either in person or through any Advocate shows that he is no more willing to prosecute this complaint.  Complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance on the part of the complainant. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint against the respondents on the same cause of action subject to the period of limitation. File be consigned to the records.
