The case is taken up before the Lok Adalat of this Forum. Ld. Lawyer for the complainant is present. The complainant is also present personally.

     Ld. Lawyer for the OP Nos. 1 to 3 is present before this Lok Adalat.  

     Ld. Lawyer for the complaint submits that the dispute has been settled on compromise and his client has no grievance against the Ops. As such he prays for withdrawal of the case, being the matter is amicably settled.

    The Ld. Lawyer for the Ops filed a list of documents by firisti including the declaration in a non-judicial paper signed by the complainant Mr. Arup Bhakat  and his mother  Mrs. Tamalika Bhakat declaraing that the complainant has received a new  Water Purifier  Machine (Serial No. R-R-140-40-92-18) from the Ops replacing his old machine.

     Also another document signed by Mrs. Tamalika Bhakat that she has received Rs.15, 000/- as a consideration of old Kent Water Purifier Machine on 23.02.15.

     Considering the above, we find that the matter has been settled on compromise and as such the case be dropped.
