Complainant is absent on call . it reveals form the order sheet that since the date of filing of this complainant,the complainant is not taking any steps for removal of defects. Notice issued to the complainant on 07.07.2020 vide this commission letter no.92. dt.07.07.2020 but the complainant failed to removal of defects. Hence,it is presumed that the complainant is not intrested proceed with this complaint .Hence the petition is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
