Complaint council present heard the argument the very complainats had filed the some complaint had filed the same complaint before the forum while was numbered as  CC/6/2017 as per the memo filed by the council for the complainants it was permitted to withdraw the complaint with oral instructions to submit the relevant documents the complainants again filed the complainant with the same story today heard the argument and the said complaint is DISMISSED for the following.

Point No. 1 The complaint is filed by the two complainants but the complaint bears any one signature of the complainant NO.1

Point No. 2 the complainants have failed to furnish the document for payment of amount to the OP hence the complaint lacks of JURISDICTION.

Point No. 3 The account sheet / pass book of purchase and the date of availing of loan.

Hence the complaint is DISMISSED.
