ORDER
The present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service against afore mentioned O.Ps for non payment of amounts as agreed Grant-in aid contained in the mou. Claim and damages, compensation and mental agony for this same

The O.Ps are appeared in person before the forum and filed memo signed by the complainant and refuting the allegations of the complainant and made argument touching the point both on facts as well as a law.
On perusal of the records we find the complainant filed a memo9 stating that after receipt of the notice from the forum, we have compromised the matter out of court.
The complainant in person is present before the forum and has submitted a memo along with Xerox copy of bank account. I.D proof and one passport size photo to withdraw the case since he has no objection against the O.Ps in connection with the aforesaid case.
Heard and perused the memo and the memo is allowed.
According the case is dropped. as not pressed by the complainant. Parties are left to bear their own cost.
