Complaint is regarding the non receipt of parcel sent through the opposite parties. Complainant claims compensation for the deficiency in service on their part.

Complainant and Opposite parties filed compromise petition. As per the terms of Razi, Opposite parties has to pay an amount of Rs.12,500/- out of which 2,500/- was already paid. Balance amount is agreed to be paid in 4 instalments. Compromise petition shall form part of the order. In case of default, complainant has the right to execute the order as per Razi. Complaint
