                                                            ORDER.

                        The authorised  representative of O.P.No.1  present and submitted  a memo  to close the   case   as grounds stated   therein that `submitted  registered receipt  along with original  certificates of the complainant  for  which the dispute has been arised   between the parties. As per grievances of the complainant the O.P.No.1  submitted  the corrected printing defects free certificate. The O.P. No.1 communicated  with the university  regarding the issue  and   requested to issue correct original certificate  of   Sri  Suman  Kumar Nayak,   vide Lr. No. GIACR/Exam/326 Dt. 20.12.2021. The University had issued corrected final B.Tech. (Mechanical) certificate   of   Suman Kumar Nayak  that has submitted today before this  District   Commission to handed over to the complainant.  The complainant  personally present today and submitted a memo with permission to    receive the original B.Tech .Certificate that has been issued in favour of him from the  BPUT(Odisha) through the authority of GIACR, Rayagada. In support of his  identity. the complainant submitted  his Adhara  card, and prays to close the  case  against the O.Ps.

                                                                                                        Both the memmber posts are lying vacant.

                        Perused the memo. Verified  the documents.  Considering the exigencies of the matter    the memo of the complainant  is allowed  after maintaining  due formalities. Verified the original Adhar card, the Xerox copies of Adhar card of the complainant attached to the case record  and handed over the original certificate to Sri  Sumam Kumar  Nayak and he received  the  certificate in original with his full and final satisfaction of his claim with proper  acknowledgement as  the present dispute resolved  having no  further claim against  the O.Ps. Accordingly   the present C.C. case is hereby  closed against the O.Ps. 

 

                        Copy of the order be supplied to the party concerned immediately free of cost.
