Complainant and his advocate present filed the memo stating that Complaint may be disposed off and prayed to order for the miscellaneous charges.

Op’s advocate filed memo along with DD of RS.5,000/- claiming amount submits that as per the suggestion of the forum intends to settle the matter by paying Rs.5,000/- and prayed to dismiss the case.

On-going through the record on file Complainant filed passbook and certified Complainant copy of the cheque which had been received from the bank by paying 1,000 rupees as a commission to get the certified copy of the cheque. Off course forum try to settle the matter convince both the party before obtaining the certified copy of the cheque from the bank by the Complainant but OP paid the amount after all attempt made by the Complainant. Hence forum comes to the conclusion as follows.

Order

1. OP is directed to pay 1,000 rupees which had been paid by the Complainant to the bank.
2. Further Complainant is directed to file proper application to receive the amount of Rs.5,000/- no order on cost.
3. As such case is disposed off.
