                   Smt. Poonam, Admin executive come present in person on behalf of Opposite Party and produced a No dues certificate which is placed on the file. Learned counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that he has already received a cheque bearing no. 111587 dated 26.09.2023 amounting to Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) from the opposite party and wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
