Both Complainant/Petitoner and Oposite party files their haziras. Through his put up petition, the complainant/petitioner has expressed his intention for not to proceed with this case anymore and want to withdraw the instant case as he has already received Rs. 7,400/- (Rupees seven thousand four hundred) only, as refund of admission fee in full, from the O.P. i.e. the Principal of  Raja Narendra Lal Khan Women's College, Midnapore today, i.e. 21.03.2023 vide voucher dated 16.03.2023 and he has expressed his full satisfaction.

Ordered

That the Complaint Case No.CC/102/2022 be and the same is dismissed.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
