From the case record it is reflected that complainant has been given sufficient opportunity for conducting admission hearing but the complainant is failed to take steps.

All these factors are clearly reflecting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

So, it is accordingly

that this complaint case being no. 74 of 2023 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
