Today, case is fixed for evidence of complainant. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the complainant made a following separate statement before this District Commission:-

“Stated that as per the instructions of the complainant, I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant, as the matter has been compromised between the parties. So, the present complaint ay kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.”

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
