                        Today the case was fixed for compromise. 

                  At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that she does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
