Heard the ld. lawyer and perused the materials on record.

            Upon submission of the ld. lawyer and on careful scrutiny of the documents on record, we have not observed any provision which supports that complainant is entitled to get refund of money towards admission fee and session fee of her son for the academic year 2013-2014 paid to o.p. school. Ld. lawyer has annexed the copy of instruction to AICTE which is not at all applicable for the instant matter. Once a student has been admitted to one school, he or she cannot pray for refund at his / her own sweet will. So, we find no deficiency in service on the part of o.p. and as such, the case is rejected.
