           Heard the authorised person of the complainant appearing in this case. Perused the material available on record. The O.Ps are resident of Kota , Rajasthan and the cause of action arose there when the complainant left the institution . Hence this Forum has no jurisdiction to decide the case.

             Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.
