Order No.07 dated 24/06/2023.

Both the parties are present before the Lok Adalat.

Both the parties have decided to settle their dispute before the Lok Adalat with sum of Rs.4,000/- (Totaling Rs.14,000/-). The O.P has already paid Rs.10,000/- to the Complainant during the lis-pendence of this case.

The O.P assured the Complainant that he will pay Rs.4,000/- to the Complainant to which later agreed. Accordingly, the case is finally settled.

Hence, it is

Ordered

That the Complaint Case No. CC/67/2022 is disposed of on condition that the O.P shall pay Rs.4,000/- to the Complainant, Subrata Dey within 20 days from the date of passing of this order i/d the Complainant is at liberty to take legal action as per the provision of law.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
