- The opposite party has filed written version denying all allegations and claims made in the complaint.
- The complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegation of deficiency of service. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.
